Workshop on the model of vessel certificate (2025)

Context

CESNI committed itself to reviewing the model of vessel certificate laid down by ES-TRIN, in particular to reduce the administrative burden for shipowners, ease the work of the inspection bodies and police forces, and facilitate future digitalisation. A new modular model for the vessel certificate has been developed. Only the relevant fields are printed and no longer a certificate with a fixed number of pages.

CESNI is organising a workshop to present the draft new model for the vessel certificate, collect feedback from the various stakeholders and fine-tune the model before adoption.
