CESNI elects its Chair and Vice-Chair. The positions are held for two-year terms of office by experts from one of the national administrations that are members of CESNI. The Vice-Chair acts as Chair if the Chair is unable to serve or if the position is vacant.
At its meeting on 28 October 2021, the CESNI Committee elected its Chair and Vice-Chair for the period from 2022 to 2023.
