The Internal Regulations on the status of approved&nbsp;organisations&nbsp;govern the participation of representative international non-governmental&nbsp;organisations, while the Internal Regulations on permanent and temporary working groups govern the work of these groups, which will prepare standards to be submitted to the Committee for adoption.<\/p>\n<p>The CESNI has also adopted Internal Regulations on the status of observer States, in response to requests from third-party States that are not members of either the CCNR or the EU wishing to take part in the work of the Committee and its working groups.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cesni.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/CESNI-RI_2020_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"contentdoc download tooltip\" data-title=\"download\"><svg width=\"20\" height=\"17\"><use xlink:href=\"#download\"><\/use><\/svg><span>Rules of Procedure and Internal Regulations <\/span><\/a>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cesni.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Resolution2015-I-3_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"contentdoc download tooltip\" data-title=\"download\"><svg width=\"20\" height=\"17\"><use xlink:href=\"#download\"><\/use><\/svg><span>Resolution CCNR 2015-I-3 <\/span>on the creation and functioning of a European Committee for drawing up Standards in the field of Inland Navigation<\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the time of its creation, the CESNI was provided with Rules of Procedure (Resolution CCNR&nbsp;2015\u2011I\u20113).
