CESNI work programme

On 8 November 2018 the CESNI adopted its work programme for the next three years. The various topics involving technical requirements,  professional qualifications and information technologies, which are the CESNI’s three main areas of work, were discussed at length. The resulting ambitious multiannual work programme (2019-2021), based on the strategic guidelines drawn up by DG MOVE and the CCNR Secretariat, is the outcome of discussions among all the CESNI’s participants representing inland navigation: member States of the CCNR and of the European Union, observer  States, the European Commission, a number of international organisations, including river commissions, and representative non-governmental organisations.
